Elon musk is not promoting tesla in keeping with se. However, he did offload a massive chew of his tesla shares. The expeditious flow became probable related to musk's ongoing saga with twitter.

This past week elon musk offered 7.9 million of his tesla stocks. This left the tesla ceo with a trifling 15% stake within the employer, consistent with the wall road journal. Speculatively, musk did this as a precautionary measure in case he's compelled to shop for twitter.
